The funds raised by this film assisted Lakeia. Lakeia had an unexpected medical issue that took her out of work for a month. She was evicted in the month of her hardship. She was able to secure another apartment, but needed help with part of the deposit. The funds raised from Mr. Eviction enabled Lakeia to get back into housing.
